etc,  furthermore It can guarantee the good appearance as well as a life span up to 15 years. 

2 Computer control systems

Computer control systems adopt Germany Siemens programmable logic control, each function can be controlled separately.

Easy –to-use computer simplify over-complicated function arrangement, with low failure rate and easy operation as well as easy maintenance. The Siemens control systems ensure its reliability of work.

3 Machine driven system 

Brush transmission gear included brush motor, brush tube, flange, bearing, differential.   

Advantages and parameter.

1. All the brush transmission gear has reached IP 56.
2. The cover of the motor is made of aluminium alloy with high corrosion prevention.
3. It has no noise when the motor is walking,
4. Brush motor power: 0.37Kw.
5. Speed ratio of the differential is 1:15.

4 Conveyor systems

Conveyor of the equipment included the conveyor motor, conveyor chain, driving wheel, compliancy of running assures the work stability of TEPO-AUTO car wash.

All the brush transmission gear has reached IP 56.

The cover of the motor is made of aluminium alloy with high corrosion prevention.

Conveyor motor power: 2.2Kw.

Speed ratio of the differential is 1:50

TEPO-AUTO series conveyor has been treated with hot galvanization and anti-corrosive treatment, making the conveyor high anticorrosive.

The length of the conveyor is 20 meters.

5 Signal transmission devices.

Far infrared scanning systems provide accurate computer signal for PLC , The 5.5 meters distance guarantee the demands of the signal transmission , it has reached IP56 waterproof.

There are 10 proximity switches on this equipment, including 2(connected in parallel) on the front vertical swinging angle (connected in parallel) on the rear vertical swinging angle, 1 on the big angle for horizontal brusher, on the small angle for the horizontal brusher, one on the step switch, one for air vent protection, one on air upper limit of and one on air lower limit. The positions for all switches are shown as follows.
